Our Shipping & Delivery Policy
We deliver to the Republic of Ireland, UK, EU, USA, Canada, Australia and selected international destinations.
All orders placed before 17.00 GMT (Monday - Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after this or on weekends are shipped the next working day.


Republic of Ireland


Standard Delivery is €4.50 and takes between 1 - 3 working days, depending on stock availability.


United Kingdom


Standard Delivery is €5.50 and takes between 1 - 3 working days.


United States of America


Standard Delivery is €8 and takes between 3-8 working days.


Rest of the World


Standard Delivery is €12 and takes between 3-8 working days.


What is meant by 'working day'?


Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Good Friday and Bank or Public Holidays.


Republic of Ireland


Deliveries are made using An Post. Accordingly deliveries will arrive between 9:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday. There are no Saturday or Sundaydeliveries.


Standard Delivery


Postage & packing for all Republic of Ireland standard deliveries cost €4.50. The estimated delivery time is usually between 2-4 working days. The shipping fee is only paid on a per order basis, even if your order consists of more than one parcel. Track and Trace is offered on all items sent. Once your order is shipped you will get an email notification with track and trace infomration. Postage & packing for all Republic of Ireland Express deliveries is only €5. Express orders must be placed before 5pm. Orders placed after 5pm will take an additional working day to be delivered. AnPost will deliver Express Post items by close of business the next working day nationwide.  Express Post with Signature & Insurance is only available in the Republic of Ireland. If you are not in to sign for a delivery, collection of the parcel is quick and easy. An Post will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, giving a time after which you can collect it from your local sorting office.

Express Post items posted on Friday before the latest time of posting are guaranteed for delivery nationwide on Monday.


Free Delivery


Free delivery promotions only apply to the Republic of Ireland Standard Delivery. It is not applicable to Express Deilvery.


Returns Policy


We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from If you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. All products (excluding sale items) are protected by a 14 Day Money-back Guarantee which, in accordance with the distance selling regulations, guarantees a full refund or product exchange if the item is returned in an unused/unopened condition, within 14 days of receiving the order. All sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Any sale item received after this will be sent back to the original delivery address.


Note: Any item that is soiled and/or damaged (including excessive odour of perfume or smoke) will not be refunded and any returned items will be resent back to the original delivery address.


All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price (delivery excluded) will be credited when has received and processed your return. The item must be returned to us unused and in as new condition with all packaging and labels intact. The latest acceptable date for returns is 14 days after you receive your order. Any items received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery address. Please indicate on your delivery note the item(s) you are returning and the reason. All goods should be returned via an insured, traceable service to:



Please be aware that return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an error made by us. If the error is ours we will then refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order. Goods returned after the date shown on your delivery note cannot be refunded.


How do I return items?


Goods should be returned via an insured, traceable service to reach us on or before the return date shown (it is advisable to make a note of any tracking numbers in case they are required). Tags must not be removed from garments and that all labels and original packaging must be present and the product in the condition you would expect to receive an 'as new product', for us to be able to refund the returned items. Please ensure that the delivery note enclosed with your order is completed and returned with your parcel. Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.


I received a damaged/incorrect item?


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately by email and we will arrange to have the item picked up by courier.


Can I exchange items?


Yes - we will exchange items due to incorrect sizing as long as it is still in 'as new' condition. We only offer exchanges of the same product in a different size and/or colour. Exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed and once it has been approved, we will send out the replacement item to you free of charge. If we are unable to exchange an item, we will offer a full refund (excluding the original shipping and handling cost) You may only make an exchange on the same item once.




All refunds will be processed in accordance with our returns policy. We will send you an email letting you know we have received and processed your return. After you have received the email please allow 7 - 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. If you are returning an item because it is unwanted delivery charge is non refundable. If the product is returned because it is defective or not the one you ordered will we issue a full refund including the delivery charge after our inspection has taken place.


Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to be processed and refunded to your card.
